Did I recently say 4 states left? Bye bye, Massachusetts. Hello, Vermont! Only 3 states left now to finish the Appalachian Trail.
By the way, the Long Trail mentioned on the sign is the oldest long-distance trail in the United States and was actually one of the inspirations for creating the AT. The two trails overlap for 105 miles starting at the Vermont border.
Welcome to Vermont
